The Repair Request Builder is a tool built into every Optimum Home Inspections report that makes your real estate agent’s job significantly easier. After your inspection, your agent can log in and select specific findings from the report to include in a formal repair request document sent directly to the listing agent.
The finished document is available as both an HTML and PDF file and includes the language from my report along with space for your agent to enter a requested credit amount or custom comments. It’s a cleaner, faster way to handle negotiations without having to manually type out findings from a report.
